Question: Is the first consultation really free?

Answer: It really is. There is no obligation. I am happy to give a first consultation a $95.00 value! No hard sell at the end. Continuing on is up to you!

Question: What are your prices?

Answer: There is a price schedule, one for any budget on my website. Go to the free first coaching and packages page.

Question: I live far away from you. I live in another country. How can I be coached?

Answer: All of my coaching is done on the phone. Some people from countries outside of the United States have found amazing one cent per minute plans. Of course, there is always Skype!

Question: I'm not really a phone person~does the session feel intimate?

Answer: I was concerned about that when I first started phone coaching. The sessions do feel intimate. Try the free session if you'd like to see if it is for you.

Question: Do I have to commit to several months at a time?

Answer: All of my packages are month to month. Group sessions are paid for 6, 7 or 8 weeks at a time.

Question: Aren't friends and willpower and other help enough to achieve my goals and to feel supported in life?

Answer: Maybe. But, isn't always helpful to have someone with a professional background that can be objective and is always in your court? When two people are joined together with sacred intention the sky is the limit. Most of us can use help.

Question: What days do you work?

Answer: I work seven days a week. I will try and accommodate your schedule.

Question: Are you a psychotherapist?

Answer: No. I was, but no longer practice as I am now coaching full time. Therapists work mostly on mental health diagnosis. Coaches help you to move forward from an already healthy vantage point.

Question: Can I have a therapist and a coach?

Answer: If your therapist thinks coaching is indicated, absolutely! Please make sure 1) Your therapist knows you are considering coaching 2) Please have your therapist sign a release (and one for your coach) so that we can work as a team to meet your needs (rather than working at cross-purposes). Coaches will always defer to the therapist's recommendations.

Question: How can I contact you?

Answer: Please go to the "Contact Us" page and sign up for a FREE newsletter and free consultation. We will e-mail a free consultation packet to you. Please fill out the Call Focus Form (CFF) and Pillars exercise and e-mail them back to us. At that point we can schedule a free consultation.

Question: If I refer my friends, do I get a credit?

Answer: If you refer your friends and they purchase a package you receive a $50.00 credit.

Questions: How do I pay?

Answer: I take Master Card and VISA. You receive an immediate receipt from Practice Pay Solutions via e-mail as soon as your card is processed. In special circumstances, I may take checks.
