Q: How much time will this course take each day?

A: The course is a 21 day course but it isn't necessarily consecutive days. You can take as much time as you like even doing one day per week.

Q: Will the course be automatically generated to me day by day?

A: I will send the whole course to your email account. You can read it off of the computer or print it out (in color or grayscale). I will also send you a hard copy via US mail.

Q: How can I pay for the course?

A: You can pay by check or VISA/MasterCard.

Q: Is this course for men and women?

A: Yes. The course is for men and for women as well.
